Great news for Eurobodalla residents! Recycling your eligible bottles, cans, and cartons just got easier and more efficient with the launch of the upgraded Return and Earn machine in Moruya.
As Network Operator for Return and Earn in NSW, TOMRA Cleanaway is proud of this investment in our Moruya community. This new machine is now at Lot 2, Ford Street, Moruya, in the Council carpark and is open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The new Ford Street Moruya Return and Earn machine isn’t just a relocation; it’s a significant upgrade designed to make your recycling experience faster and simpler:
♻️ ‘Takes-All’ Technology: Say goodbye to pre-sorting! The machine features the latest technology, meaning you can return all containers—glass, plastic, and aluminium—through any of the machine’s four chutes.
♻️ Larger Capacity: The upgraded machine holds a greater volume of containers, making it more efficient for the community.
♻️ Enhanced User Experience: It features clearer messaging on new large digital screens.
♻️ Stay Cool: A larger awning has been installed to keep you cooler on those hot summer days while you recycle.
Your Refund, Your Choice
Since the scheme began, Eurobodalla residents have enthusiastically recycled over 98 million eligible containers! Getting your refund is simple, and you have several options:
🪙 Voucher: Print a voucher and redeem it at Woolworths for a discount on your shopping or for cash.
🪙 Digital Payment: Opt for an e-voucher or direct payment to your bank or PayPal account using the Return and Earn app.

Give Back While You Get Back
Return and Earn is a key fundraising channel, with over $82 million raised for charities and community groups across NSW since 2017. You can easily choose to donate your refund to a good cause via the app:
Local Heroes:
Support local partners like Yumaro, which provides employment and independent living options for people with a disability, and the Country Women’s Association Moruya, who are fundraising for a carer accommodation unit at the new Eurobodalla Hospital.
Statewide Partner:
Donate to the current statewide donation partner, Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, who offer life-changing support for people living with low vision and blindness.
