The Challenge
Willing & Able has done a tremendous job offering many members of the disabled community employment. Taking on the opportuninty to find the right fit for the job as Over The Counter (OTC) manager was an exciting challenge for the organisation.
The Solution
Having successfully filled the OTC Manager position it was time to get started.
TOMRA Cleanaway set about rolling out the red carpet welcoming Willing & Able aboard. Since joining, Willing & Able have managed to collecte in excess of 500,000 bottles!
The Results
The fantastic success of the initiative has lead to generating much needed funds to help continue their efforts in providing suitable employment opportunities giving the community a sense of inclusion.
The Future
Growth is on the horizon! Willing & Able is thrilled with the direction the current operation is looking and hope to hit larger volumes and possible add more staff at peak times.
